Who we are
The 1745 Library Foundation is a non-profit charitable corporation organized to advance the current and future work of the State Library of Pennsylvania. We are people who believe passionately in the historic State Library's importance and who wish to bolster its dual roles: as a provider of library services for citizens and for state government's efficient operations; and, as a steadfast leader for library services across the Commonwealth.
